Incorrect or Wrong Item Delivered
1. Report the Issue: Write to us at hello@diocles-care.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Please include:
* Your order ID
* Clear photos of the product received
2. Review Process: We will review your request within 2 business days (48 business hours).
3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be returned at no cost to you.
4. Alternate Arrangements: If pickup is not available in your area, we will provide instructions for return shipping. You may be reimbursed for standard return shipping costs (with proof of receipt).
5. Resolution: After receiving the returned product:
* We will ship the correct item (subject to availability), or
* If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Cases
* Products have been opened, used, or tampered with
* Original packaging, labels, or safety seals are missing or damaged
* Return requests are made more than 3 days after delivery
* The issue arises due to customer misuse, handling, or storage

* Free shipping is available across all orders that meet the minimum cart value threshold, which will be displayed on our website.
* Orders below the threshold may incur a shipping fee, calculated and shown during the checkout.
* We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) for U.S. orders. All orders must be prepaid.
Refund Timeline
* Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
